While I admire your intentions Mr. Biden but you paint an incomplete picture.

No means no if xie’s drunk or sober. No means no if xie’s in the dorm room or on the street. No means no even if xie said yes first and changed hir mind. No means no if xie’s taller and stronger than you but not physically fighting you. No means no—no matter what. 

And

It is everybody’s responsibility to stop rape. It has nothing to do with ‘being a man’ or any of that bullshit. It is about simply being a human being that doesn’t tolerate sexual violence towards other human beings. 

And finally, 

We need to remember that while rape is unacceptable, sex is not inherently bad, shameful, or degrading to women. Consent is sexy and yes means yes.
